Awesome 3d printer power supply replacement
I used this to replace the existing one from my old Anet A8 printer and it was perfect. Checked the output showed 12.02 volts at nominal cold power on. The power is stable and reliable so I'm happy with this purchase!

Really nice product!
I used this for powering up some older cb radios! It works perfect! I also have one to power a diesel heater, which also works perfectly!

Works as advertised, good to go. With "update".
Update 9/21/23 So far no negative issues to report. Bought a second unit and am now running them parallel providing a 60 amp base supply at 13.8 volts...both units set at exactly same voltage with a 4 decimal volt meter for exact match to run a larger linear amplifier pulling as much as 50+ amps for extended periods (long QSO's or talk sessions). I have not experienced any issues with heat buildup, power fluctuations, voltage drop is negligable and mine have not shown any problems with grounding (my entire station is well grounded) and I do check my individual components - Not dismissing others comments, just saying I have not experienced a grounding issue. Have recommended same unit to my Son who is also a radio operator. Original post: I am using this at14.26 volts to power a small Ham Radio Amplifier providing solid voltage (love the very adjustable output voltage) and solid amps during peak transmissions. The unit provides adequate power to provide a solid 200-225 watts out to antenna from the supply. The thermal fan control works (no constant fan running like some other of these smaller supplies), voltage drop is less than .3 volts at the 225 watt output peaks....we shall see how it goes for long term use but so far I'm pleased with performance per dollar....will buy again for a parrallel twin supply setup if I see no issues over the next month (will report back). For those HAM's worried about whether for HAM or CB, I'm a licensed Ham Op. so you can save those negativities for someone else.

Works good.
Works fine. Hooked up to a 12 volt car radio in my garage.

Good power supply for a low voltage lighting system.
I'm running this power supply to power about 6 low voltage dimmers in my Home Assistant system. The Alitove provides good consistant power and the fan is relatively quiet when it needs to turn on. It has a number of positive and negative terminals and it is easy to connect.

Handy and inexpensive for powering multiple cameras
Indispensable replacement power supplies for CCTV camera systems. Easy to replace old power supply. Very handy and inexpensive.

Works well for small motor with low amp draw
12V 5A PSU is plenty for my small 500ma motor project. Recommend using these types of power supplies with a fused power cord safety switch. Most of the complaints here are because people are running loads near its maximum rated amperage which is never a good idea. Always get a power supply that is over your amperage needs to provide a good amount of overhead for your projects. Small power supplies like these (no active cooling) will burn out quickly if overtaxed.

Two consecutive units failed in the same way in the same short period of time.
I ordered this item with some trepidation after reading reviews showing components and wiring melting. I'm guessing that the 30A rating is more of a maximum instantaneous load than a steady state rating. The secret seems to be to run this well below the claimed power level. My Xiegu G90 draws about 6 amps or less on transmit, so the power supply is loafing, and I haven't heard the fan come on at all. For hams, the bad rap on switching power supplies such as this one is that they generate a lot of electrical noise and interfere with reception. So I put ferrite chokes on each of the 12V power leads before running them to the transceiver. I tested the transceiver on battery power and then with this power supply, and could hear no difference at all in the noise level, and no difference on the S-meter. I can't speak to reliability, since I've only used the supply for a short time, but when comparable power supplies from ham outlets run $150 or more, this is a pretty darn good deal. Edit 4/5/20. Power supply worked perfectly for about two weeks, then voltage dropped suddenly to between 6 and 7 volts. 220/110 switch remained on 110. Voltage adjustment potentiometer had little or no effect. Returned unit to Amazon for replacement, which apparently had to be sent from China, because it took several weeks to get here. New power supply works perfectly -- for now. I will update if this one also conks out. Dropped a star because I had to replace it. Edit 4/24/20: Replacement power supply conked out in precisely the same way as the first one. It's now putting out about 5 volts. I'm undecided as to whether to return it yet again for a replacement or just to give up and rely on the rock solid Bioenno battery I bought initially to power the transceiver. In either case, I can only give the unit one star as it is completely unsatisfactory for two consecutive units to fail in less than three weeks. Too bad, since when it worked it was completely satisfactory.

Luego no volvió a funcionar. El selector de entrada estaba en la posición correcta para corriente (220v). Probamos con un multímetro, sí registraba alimentación de corriente pero no volvió a dar salida del transformador. Muy mala calidad.
