does this vacuum have a hepa filter?

How quiet is it? Or not? As compared to my dyson ball upright? I hate ut.

Mieles are some of the quietest vacuums around. I would say in comparison they are much more quiet than the Dyson. You can also dial down the suction to quiet the motor even more.
