This is a beautiful crystal glass rhinestone dog pet collar made and designed by Kim. It is 3/8" wide and has stunning diamond clear crystals set in 18K gold plated settings. It has 3 lovely faux pearl rhinestone flowers attached. The crystals are top quality and are imported from the Czech Republic. The collar itself is 3/8" wide, and is made of gold pleather with sparklies in it. The buckle has diamond clear crystals imbedded in it. The entire collar is made in the USA. Your baby will be the talk of the town wearing this bit of bling! Sizing is as follows: **I make each collar according to neck circumference. The collar will fit nicely, 1/2" after the measurement you give me. Please do not put any fingers between the tape measure and your baby's neck when you measure because that will cause the collar I send you to be too large. XXS fits 4" through 6" snug neck circumference XS fits 6" through 8" snug neck circumference S fits 7-1/2" through 9-1/2" snug neck circumference M fits 9-1/2" through 11-1/2" snug neck circumference ML fits 11-1/2" through 13-1/2" snug neck circumference These collars cannot be made into a cat "safety" collar due to the way the buckle is made.
