Q: Will help my certain male parts from splashing in the water

Raises toilet 3". Certainly helps that problem in this house. Guess it depends on your anatomy lol

Q: will this fit any brand of elongated toilet!

My model was for a round toilet so it will not fit an elongated toilet... there is a type for elongated toilets, however; but I did not buy nor have experience with that model.

Q: Kholer: do you have a fix for the urine leakage from your product onto the floor and clothes from male use? I like the seat but not this design flaw.

I'm not Kohler, but I put a "weather strip" on the bottom of this product, to fill the gap the 1/4 inch at the bottom of the product and the stools rim. I found a strip, white in color, at Amazon but weather stripping is readily available at most hardware and lumber stores. I am male.

Q: any difficulty in wiping yourself with this riser?

No more so than with any normal toilet seat.
