They were delivered within a few days, were well packaged (none broken) and fit exactly. I installed them and fired the barbeque up and they worked great. Couldn't be happier.

was looking at replacing my BBQ for a price of about $2800,due to the uneven heat distribution. the food in the back would be burnt while the food in the front would be raw,. plus all the flare-ups and fires from cooking hamburgers.now it works great,can burn the burgers in front just as easy as the ones in back.the only downside is the wife say that now i don't need a new BBQ

Bought these 5 months ago for my CharBroil 4 burner grill. When I would host parties and cook lots of burgers, I would get flare-ups. I tried ceramic briquettes sitting on a grate above the burners, and that reduced flare-ups a bit, but I still had problems. I saw these and for only $31 it was a cheap risk. These more evenly distribute the heat from the burners, which is great, but not the reason I bought them. They totally eliminated the flare-ups, even with 70% lean burgers. I used the grill three times for large gatherings where I was cooking 12 burgers at a time. I would buy these again in a heartbeat.

These will provide even heat distribution in my BBQ .When I measured ,I measured the cooking grille surfacewhich is a little larger than the grills that the heat plates sit on .I needed to trim about an inch off the width and depth , I used my angle grinder totrim the pieces to size .Everything is working just fine now .I believe my problem with flare -up in a thing of the past .

Put them in a grand turbo because the plates for it are way too expensive. Theses work great at spreading heat evenly. Also, the grease flare ups seem to be gone.
