I needed a skewer that was longer than a toothpick but shorter than a typical skewer to make "antipasto on a stick". They worked well and had a decorative end. My only thing was I wish they came in a box rather than a bag for easier storage. Otherwise great product

When you get invited to friends' and family dinners and parties where everyone brings a dish or wine or whatever, one quick and easy hors-d'oeuvre is Caprese Sticks, made with these bamboo knot skewers! On each skewer, you simply impale a cherry tomato, then a marinated mozzarella ball, a fresh basil leaf, and another cherry tomato. Lay out 20-40 of them in a go-to-party covered container and drizzle them lightly with Balsamic vinegar (or a Balsamic vinegar reduction.) Quick, easy, and low-carb. Pairs well with a Cabernet Sauvignon or even a Pinot Noir. The bamboo skewers make it fancy and the knot makes it easy to handle. Definitely a winner.

I like these! At first a few of them looked like they were splintering off a bit and that worries me, I didn’t want my guests to get a splinter from my food! However, after using them for a few dinner party’s and learning how to fix the splintering pieces I really like them. They look so nice and the color always compliments any food I use them in. I’ve just bought my second package!

I used them for donut kabobs for a wedding shower. Able to hold 3 DD munchkins and not break. Plus knot at end made them part of message “ tying the knot”

I have not yet used these yet. However, I know they are absolutely perfect for appetizers. I bought them because my daughter-in-law prepared an appetizer at Christmas that looked fabulous on the plate and tasted fabulous, as well - pearl mozzarella balls, a folded piece of prosciutto and a small cherry tomato, sprinkled with basil. I plan on replicating the recipe at Easter. The skewers are easy to hold and so chic!
