Loud Chair
Very noisy. A lot of noise from the wheels, a lot of squeaks from the cushions and can get very squeaky when it rocks. It needs a lube about once a week. These noises started a week after I purchased it.

Great Chair!
Love the chair, fits the description of being a Big & Tall Chair...Had the chair at my previous job, no issues other than tightening arm rest maybe twice in two years. Purchased again for my new job and so far so good. One issue unrelated to the chair itself, when purchased chair included free shipping, however, I ended being charged about $115.00 for shipping. The issue did get resolved and we received a refund but it was an unnecessary inconvenience that could have been avoided and resulted in the loss of one-star on this review.

Great at first, then starts to wear out
I bought my chair about 2 years ago from another vendor.Good points:The chair is massive and has a heavy duty base. It easily hold my 6' 1" 250 pound frame. It is fairly comfortable and the armrests are nicely padded.I got mine on sale for 200 dollars which was a great deal.Bad points:The chair is very difficult to put together, especially for one person. If the holes don't line up exactly, be prepared for a rough time. Also, the heavy base has sharp edges on the bottom that can tear your ankles open if you try to move the chair without wearing shoes. Be careful. It also doesn't lean as far back as most chairs. Just a few more degrees would have been perfect. Finally, after about a year and a half, I felt the bottom cushion was totally flat and I was sitting on the wood underneath. Same goes for the armrests. Now I can't sit in the chair without putting a pillow under me and a blanket over the armrests.I do work from home so I spend about 8 to 10 hours a day in the chair, but it still wore out like any other chair I've had.Disappointing.If the makers of this chair read these reviews, they might want to consider making a couple of design changes.Edit December 2017: I went ahead and bought another of the same chair to replace my original chair, and after a year this one is doing the same thing. The bottom has already flattened and it feels like I'm siting on a hard surface. The makers really need to put better padding down there.

Terrible quality. The first two bolts connecting the lever assembly to the bottom of the chair unseated the receivers, effectively locking the bolts halfway in place, and rendering the chair utterly useless. Returning. Will not buy from this manufacturer.HOWEVER, the seller was prompt and friendly in processing the return and refunding my money. Kudos.

Great!
Great! Nice big size. I bought if for someone who weighs about 380, he likes it. It is spacious and strong. All other chairs we had in the past broke because they were not strong enough for his weight. This one is great!

Really comfy chair. Highly recommended. I've not found a comparable chair.
I bought this chair in July 2016 for $188 (inc. tax) and I still use it for anything up to 10 hours almost every day. I weigh about 250 lbs and it is very, VERY comfortable, although, sadly, my model did not come with any massage effect.I would most certainly recommend it.However. . . here come the negative points which do not affect the operation of the chair. Bonded leather eventually peels BIG TIME. Every day I am picking up little black bits; they stick to the clothing which means they go round the house with me and deposit themselves everywhere. So anywhere where there is bonded leather on the chair and it comes into contact with me then it peels. Likely started after about 4 years' use. Extremely irritating but not the end of the world. It's probably considered to be 'wear and tear' so not covered by the 10-year warranty. Some kind of lightweight cover would likely resolve the issue but too late for me now.A couple of armrest screws kept coming out so I had to super-glue them back into place; had no trouble since.Squeaks a bit upon reclining but my chair is over 6 years old. I am much older and squeak a bit too when I move so it's probably not too unusual.Would I buy this chair again? Most definitely. In point of fact that is the reason why I am on this page and writing a review. When I am not working at my desk I just swivel round and recline, although I have to put my feet onto a table for proper relaxation. A footrest would have been really nice. Maybe the latest models have one?A week or so ago I bought a gaming chair which has speakers and footrest but oh boy is it uncomfortable. I am writing this review from my old Big & Tall High-Back chair (15000 series) as I just cannot sit in my new purchase, which will be returned forthwith.

Purchased from Office Depot and initially liked it so much i bought one for work
Purchased from Office Depot and initially liked it so much i bought one for work. Flash forward 2 year it feels like I'm sitting on a piece of wood. The little hydraulic lift on one completely went out but the other is still good. All the screws need to be tightened every 6 months or so. If you are always hot you will not like this chair. It holds heat and will make you sweat. The one without the broken lift leans to the left and right almost like sitting on a yoga ball. I wouldn't recommend for the price.

Heavy Duty!!!
Not bad! This chair is built very solid. I'm happy with it. It's been 10 months since my purchase.
