Good coffee at a fantastic price
This review is based on only using 4 of the pods so far, I'll update this if anything changes. I use these pods on a Nespresso Breville Creatista Uno. I saw how a lot of reviews were complaining that the pods weren't properly sealed and there was spilled coffee everywhere, but I'm thinking that maybe that was due to a bad batch since the ones I got are in perfect shape and got here very quickly (one day).In terms of how they tastes they are not quite as good as the Nespresso Pods, but folks those pods cost anywhere from 70 cents to over $1 each and these cost 20 cents! If you rarely drink coffee, maybe once a day, the Nespresso pods may be the way to go, but if you're a huge coffee drinker like I am these pods make very good coffee and save you tons of money. They work fine in my machine, the fit is good and the flow is as good as the Nespresso Pods. The only complaint I can make is that I didn't want a variety pack, I would rather be able to select the one I want and have them all be the same, but I understand that the pricing may be due to them being able to use multiple products. By the way, even if you are a huge coffee connoisseur and want to pay the premium for the Nespresso pods it's still worthwhile to have some of these if you ever make milk-coffee drinks such as flat whites or lattes. In these types of drinks the taste of the coffee is masked by the milk anyway, so why spend three times or more per pod if you can't taste the difference anyway?

Pods are poorly made.
Lesson learned, When the price is too good to be true- it usually isn’t worth it!The first problem occurred with the arrival of the package. The large box containing the separate variety boxes had lots of coffee grounds throughout. I had to individually go though each box and every pod in the box to find the problem. In the end, 2 pods arrived with the foil cover off which was why there was such a mess. I’ve now discovered the foil isn’t secure on the top of lots of them! The next problem Is related to the flimsy, lightweight plastic the pods are made of. They don’t fit securely and twist and fall into the collection container while it’s brewing. So in the end, my cup has a little watery espresso with lots of coffee grounds and the tray is filled to capacity with liquid. I have wasted so many pods trying to get one to work!To make sure the problem wasn’t my machine I then tried a Nespresso brand pod and, a perfect cup!I must add, with the couple of pods that have worked, the flavor of the coffee was excellent. In conclusion, I will not be a repeat customer unless the quality of the pod improves and cannot recommend this product.

Very Impressed & Will Purchase Again!
I've been purchasing Nespresso pods for the past few years and love both the convenient and taste of original Nespresso coffee. I'm not in any way an expert in coffee, but I do enjoy bold consistent flavor that I have received from Nespresso. Because of that, I rarely purchase compatible Nespresso pods since they lack that consistency both in flavor and poor brew. I tried several compatible makers and was disappointed. The flavor was either poor or brewing was difficult and inconsistent. For a few cents more, i opted to just purchase the original Nespresso pods directly from Nespresso until i discovered Battistino. For 35 cents a pod, i had nothing to lose. When the product arrived, I was immensely impressed by the packaging. Each flavor located within it's own sealed box within a large decorative sleeve. Descritpion of each coffee that includes a scale for intensity, sweetness, body, aroma and roasting and recommended brewing size. The next morning, i brewed my first cup using the Arabica pod. Although the pod was a bit snug when sliding into the machine, the brew worked just fine. It was a bit slower than a true Nespresso pod, but brewed the same amount of liquid and had relatively the same amount of crema. The flavor was very good, but i have enjoyed Intenso, Ristretto, and Lugo more than the Arabica. I haven't yet tried the Light yet.I noticed several individuals have left poor comments. Honestly, for 35 cents per pod and consistent good flavor, i'm not sure what product they received. This has been a surprisingly pleasant purchase for me and I'd purchase this product again.

Still Needs Work - Giving Up on These - Updated
I've purchased these many times over the years. The flavor is quite good and the presentation is excellent but they always had issues with the capsules. Early on, the plastic bottoms could not be pierced. I was happy to see that they moved to foil caps on top and bottom - perhaps this will improve piercing and performance. Unfortunately, that is still not the case. As of this morning, 5 capsules from a box of Intenso's have failed in my machine. The top foil does not appear to be pierced. Further, they use a water-soluble glue to hold the foil on so the tops often come off in the machine and need to be fished out before using another capsule. I originally thought these were very good for the price but, considering the failure rate, I think I'm getting up into Nespresso territory and should have just bought those in the first place. I think this will be my last purchase of these capsules.Update - I was contacted by the suppliers and we discussed the issue. They also issued a refund and I definitely appreciate that. I look forward to buying more of the "new and improved" pods when they come out...
