This is tied with RectiCare for the best pain relief hemorrhoid cream I have tried. And it is half the price. It allows me to sleep and do minor tasks when needed. Do not buy the generic brand versions, they are too watery. This one works. Also for the people on here saying it doesn’t work—this cream is not intended to treat the hemorrhoid (there is no cream that “treats” external hemorrhoids, it’s just time and staying off it, sitz baths, fiber and miralax and drink water). This cream only treats the pain and it is instant relief within minutes. Happy customer. Thanks!

Numbed my poor derriere very well. Was nice and soothing for maximum relief. My only complaint, which is my fault for not reading better, this specific product ONLY contains lidocaine for numbing relief, no phenylephrine for vasoconsriction, for theoretical faster reduction of hemorrhoid. Butlers does have a cream with both active ingredients, just not this tube. Let me get on with my life after application, though, so still grateful.

This cream works good and quick. Not only does it help the pain but I can feel it healing the area after a couple of days of use.

Works for me. Shrinks and relieves pain and itch.

Caused an allergic reaction, (an incredible amount of swelling) and made the problem 1000% worse. I had to contact my physician and get a lidocaine steroid prescription. Unfortunately have some lasting damage from all the swelling it caused.
