Wonderful book!
I love this book. It's very helpful if you've experienced trauma in your life. I do not use anglican prayer beads, rather malas or affirmation beads but I am inspired by the beading information.

love this book
I love this book and how it's set out. Each section has a piece of scripture from the bible and notes on the authors experiences at this kind of healing retreat where she was healing from her own childhood trauma. Aswell as thought provoking questions both about the scripture and the chosen topic and a relevant prayer to say with your own Anglican prayer beads. The topics cover grief, anger, abandonment, shame, fear, trust, love, forgiveness, gratitude, peace and wholeness and are very thought provoking. I found the whole thing very healing to practice. The prayers are short enough to say in just a few moments of quiet contemplation. There is also a section on how to use prayer beads, a leaders guide and other resources such as books apps etc. I really love this book!
