Seller product NOT new, was defective, mfr warranty expired 9 mths early
GXW4248 sold by seller TWAComm through Amazon was not new, as listed. Product had static ip already on boot-up and was defective. The 1 year manufacturer's warranty expired 3 months after purchase. Seller said contact Amazon, Amazon sent me to extended protection plan I ordered with purchase. Plan was activated due to issues with manufacturer's warranty. They attempted repair, but stated equipment was unrepairable and refunded original $900 purchase amount. I'm out for the purchase of extended protection and GXW4248 now costs over 100% more on the Amazon listing. Not happy with purchase.

Easy install
The 48 port ATA connects with 25 pair connectors. We used the existing cables to the old PBX, moved them to this ATA and it worked great.
