Pros: Excellent balance of electrolytes that hit fast. Fills the holes of any form of low to no carb diet. Kills the keto flu, headaches etc that are typical at the start. Gives a solid boost of energy and really takes the edge off of a night of drinking. I've used it before a night out with friends and it helps a lot.Cons: As soon as it is in the glass with water it smells pretty bad. It doesn't taste very good either. Whoever thought this recipe should be called raspberry lemonade is out of their mind. These cons are a result of no sugar which is what I wanted.Even with the flavor and smell being bad I will continue to use this. It 100000% delivers and is worth the money.

I like this stuff a lot for keeping my electrolytes in check for my overall health and endurance running. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my aches and pains from working and exercising. The flavors are soso, I don’t mind it because I down the cup so fast but if you’re a slow sipper you’ll be in for a treat. So far I’ve ordered 5 tubs of their product and 1 was a perfect powder, 2 had clumps like course sand or tiny pebbles and 1 tub I have to use something metal to get the powder unclogged from the bottom. Overall I’m satisfied with the product as it’s cheaper than comparable electrolyte supplements and still does the trick. Would recommend to anyone trying to add more vitamins and minerals to their diet.

Update, if you mix it with other flavors etc its not so bad. I may buy it again. I definitely have to hide the flavor but it mixes well with flavor powders like strawberry lemonade.First review: liked the price given the one I usually buy is 45$. The ingredients were good, but the taste is LIKE OLE NURSING HOME BREATHE. I can't return it so that sucks, but I get it. My family will not drink it and I have them drink and eat alot of healthy stuff but this will not pass in my house. I hope they improve the flavor.

My preferred electrolyte powder has become very difficult to find, so I tried the Hydromins to hydrate and replace electrolytes. Though it calls for one scoop to 16 ounces of water, I used 3/4 scoop in 26 ounces of water because I had been warned by a nutritionist that some electrolyte powders can be harsh. In spite of my care, I still ended up with diarrhea for two days. The culprit is likely the large amount of magnesium citrate it contains.To add insult to injury, it has made the plastic top of my favorite thermal container smell and taste like mold. I have washed everything in hot water and a good dish soap, but the moldy smell and taste keep coming back. This never happened with my previous electrolyte powder.

I bought this along with two other Electrolyte Powder supplements and this was the cheapest of the three. I think it shows. The powder is a bit clumpy and lacks the flavor of the others. All of the Electrolyte Powders I purchased are sugar free and of similar purpose so the flavor difference should not be the issue, and one of the other powders did not have an added sweetener like Stevia. The powder itself does not dissolve as well as the other brands. It works if you are on a budget but as the old adage goes, “you get what you pay for”.

This is a staple now. It lasts, even though I have used it for myself and my family of 5 since I purchased it about 6 months ago. We don't use it on a daily basis, but it has been my go-to for recovering from stomach bugs, when we travel, and when I do prolonged fasts (30+ hours). It has a good flavor, and is high quality. I highly recommend!Dr. Berg's brand is good, but this is a cheaper option that works well.

I have a slight nerve problem in my right leg and if I don't get enough electrolytes in my body it triggers the nerve. I had no issues with my nerve when taking this product. It didn't clump either like some other brands. Doesn't have a lot of flavor but I am mixing it with 30+ oz. of water, I'm not drinking it for the flavor though, I will buy it again.

I like that this product has all the minerals that I need to keep me hydrated on a low and no carb diet. However the Cherry Pomegranate flavor tastes terrible, it is almost a stale old rotten cherry flavor. I have tried the lemon and it tasted like fresh lemons. So just be aware that not all flavors will be great so it may or may not be worth it to tolerate a bad taste just to get the minerals you need.
