Excellent quality resistance bands at an excellent price.I like everything about this set of bands. First, it’s an assortment of resistance levels. Second, they come with not only a set of handles, but with attachments for using them with a closed door. And, finally, the storage bag is very useful for someone, me, for example, who tends to leave stuff just lying around until that stuff gets “lost.”I have a couple of similar bands that I’ve received from my physical therapist or purchased singly, but I certainly did not have the variety that this set includes. I purchased these after breaking my foot so I would not go crazy from lack of exercise. They have already had a lot of use and I will continue to use them once I can walk again.

I was disappointed in my order there were no instructions and in came in a small drawstring bag.. the picture of what I thought it was showed a duffel bag not a drawstring bag. How are we suppose to use this with no instructions.

Decent bands - a bit on the lightweight and thin side but you can put several on the same handles.

These bands are easy to set up, durable and the weight is just right for someone just starting out. I use resistance bands daily for my workouts and absolutely love these. I worked out with them today and it was so effortless compared to my old bands i was using. Even comes with a user guide!
