Planet Urine Ultimate I Cleaning Kit for Pet Urine Stain and Odor Removal, Dog and Cat Urine Odor Eliminator System

My male cat decided to designate a corner area of our living room carpet as his de facto litter box. I was thick-skulled and it took me about a week until I got him into the vet to determine he had a UTI, causing the irregular behavior. In the meantime, the odor was AWFUL and the room was outright unlivable. The odor filled almost the entire main floor of our house. I went on a buying spree for any and every pet urine and odor remover I could find. Using my carpet steam cleaner only seemed to spread the urine and temporarily dilute the odor, but when the area dried it would come back. I tried a combination of product that ranged from making the situation worse (here's to you, Nature's Miracle) to helping quite a bit, but not completely eliminating (bissell Steam Cleaner Pet Stain/Urine and odor remover). I hesitated with the product because it wasn't available as a Prime delivered product (thinking my ability to return would be compromised) and it is the most expensive of the options I've tried, by far. Desperate, I bit the bullet, pre-sprayed all areas that were illuminated under the UV light I purchased, sprinkled the powder and let it sit for multiple days before vacuuming up. The odor vanished. Seriously. I have not followed through with the post spray that's supposed to deter further marking yet, but instead we've blocked the cat from the room for now. He seems to have returned to normal litter box activity, thankfully, and the living room no longer smells! It's expensive, but nothing else worked and this was my last step before hiring a professional carpet cleaning company. If you don't spend a ton of money before finding this product, this may be a solution to save you money from paying for a professional cleaning.

This product is the best for cleaning cat urine from the carpet.

We have 2 dogs and 1 cat so our carpet gets a workout (especially since one of them has taken to peeing in the house while we are sleeping and we have yet to figure out which one)! After trying numerous other name brand products with limited to no success, I stumbled upon this product. I used it on three of our really bad problem areas and the stains and smell are already gone after one use. I have a vey sensitive nose and I am once again not embarrassed to have others over. I have already placed another order as I plan to always have this on hand!

So this stuff is great for getting the odor out.. the No-P spray did NOT work though. Our cat peed ALL OVER the large area rug we cleaned and sprayed with the no-smell and no-p sprays. Didn’t fix our cats peeing problem but it got the pee out. We’ll have to figure out something else for the cat.

Didn't completely get the stain out. "Out" enzyme pet spray works better.

For the cost you'd expect it to work wonders 8x over. None of the smell disappeared even after multiple applications. The worst part was the dusting of the powder. Not only did I have to clean the heck out of my shark vacuum after sweeping it up as directed; months later I was still vacuuming up remnants ...and that's not on the shark as we all know how good those work. Finally, the 3rd step did nothing to redirect my pupper to go on the carpet.
