Made to fit 1-1/2" fitting
I had to ask the Oatey company which product would screw into a 1-1/2" fitting and this is one of 2 options they gsve me. It fits, it works, and I am satisfied with it. Much better than the cheap ones.

Works great.
My old vent jammed shut and causes a drainage problem. Replaces with this. Easy to do and works better than the other

Had a plumber come out and he cleaned out kitchen drain...said we needed to replace these vents (we have 3 in our current mobile home) seriously..now no more stinky odors!!

Solved my sink gurgling issue!
I live in a condo, and have been having sink gargling issues for 2 years. I've had plumbers coming out paid by strata to try fix the issue by cleaning pipes. Finally decided to just install this air admittance valve just under the sink after reading reviews online. It's been a week and no noises!
