I got this to help with falling asleep, especially based on other reviews of being able to take it again if awakened in the middle of the night. I haven't had to deal with that yet, and so far it doesn't have heavy sedative qualities that make me feel super drowsy, but it is relaxing, and I can tell when it's kicked in. And recently the calming properties of it were evident when I was actually very chill when I normally would have lost it on someone. It does help relieve anxiety to some degree. Not a magic bullet, but it's pretty good. It literally tastes like raisins and is just as sweet. I just put it under my tongue, as I don't need to make a whole cocktail out of it when it doesn't taste offensive to me. I think twenty-dollars is the kind of price point where you can give it a shot and see how you do with it.

So helpful for my back pain and I love that it's alcohol-free.

I have to go to bed about 15 minutes after taking this. That's just not an option for me to so I had to stop taking it. I didn't notice that it did much for anxiety; mostly it just made me sleepy.

This supplement is an incredibly strong and effective non-narcotic way to calm nerves and anxiety! It was a life saver for me when I started to experience chronic anxiety and nerve pain! It enabled me not to have to get a prescription! I happen to be a psychotherapist with a specialty in addiction and I have read that this supplement is also effective for people who are trying to come off of drugs like heroin and I would believe it!

I’m not sure if it does much, but it doesn’t make me sicker & a lot of naturopaths like Anthony William recommend taking it for chronic pain conditions. I do feel slightly calmer when I take it. I have 4 herniated disks in my neck so I’m constantly in pain & am always looking for herbs or natural medicines to take instead of prescription drugs. It also is 100% Corn free which is important to me because I’m highly allergic to Corn.

I still can’t say how effective it is because I’ve only used it twice. What I can say however is that it’s much better tasting than the other products which contain alcohol. Also, the smell is more pleasant

I'm now on my 3rd bottle; I take it 3-5 times daily to manage chronic arthritic pain. I'm also using a topical cannibis cream in conjunction and using both products together, I am getting some relief. Before I started using the topical cream, I didn't notice much decrease in my pain while using only the poppy extract but using both products together, the pain is slightly less. I will keep using it to see if there is a cumulative effect over time.
