Get the 6/128 variant if you can
I purchased the 4/64 variant, and it works fine for most parts except heavy multitasking, where the 4GB ram definitely proves inadequate. The hardware is generally good- the camera takes great shots, battery life is good, screen is mesmerizing, and dual speakers are powerful. The phone charges surprisingly fast with the in-box 33W charger. The software, being MIUI as they are, is generally okay, but there's always the issue of lack of timely OS upgrades (I purchased the phone in April '22, writing the review in Sep '22, when every other brand is working on Android 13, Xiaomi still hasn't pushed Android 12 update for this phone). There's very little bloatware. The SD680 is a capable and power efficient chip and performs well. All in all, it's a good phone for the price if you can compromise on your privacy (because, MIUI=CCP).

Good phone
Pros:-Screen is very good. Amoled is pleasing to the eyes.Battery is sufficient to last a full day with normal to medium use .Charging is fast and charges 50% while you take a bath and brush.Photos are good.Cons:-Heats up a bit while charging. No 5g at this price of 12000/-.Download speed could be better.

All rounder in this price range.
Camera quality is very bad, at this price range. It could have been better. Display and sound quality is top notch. Software and Hardware is up to date which makes this device worth the money.Update: After using it for 6 months the camera quality is good as compared to other phones at this price. The colour saturation was also impressive. Sharpness can overall be improved Manually. Battery back-up is also good for using in full day. The main pro's of this mobile is the display which has been very Good quality for using after this long time.

Just an average phone
At this price it is just an ordinary phone, camera is not so good, battery is ok, display below average, durability issue, processing speed is fair. People can see other available options from other brands at this price point.

Good product
It's been 5 months since I am using this mobile. I bought it in November and it's working really good. I was a little worried about the camera quality since many people left the review that the camera quality is not as good. But the camera quality is really good too, the picture come out really great(guess some put their bad camera skill's fault on the camera). And the mobile works fast and smooth too. Just keep updating the software when new updates come out. The battery life is great too. If you use the mobile moderately, then the battery stays for a whole day and it takes only a hour or so to get fully charged. I think for the price range, the mobile is a great deal. So, you can go for it.

Camera Quality needs to improve
*Camera quality can be improved.*Everything else looks good for this price, I bought it for INR 12000.*If you use camera once or twice in a week for normal selfie or documents scanning then its perfect for you.*Not for content creator or specially girls who are much active on Social media*Although picture quality improves after using AI filter and some more settings (you need to adjust as per requirement).*Battery performance is good as Redmi phones are better than other brands like oppo vivo or realme.*I can bet camera quality is far better than Realme smartphones in this range and even at some higher price.*Gaming can be done but not for long duration.*Best for parents and age group 40+ (who use phones for basic use).*Snapdragon makes it smooth.*I am sure it will be all good for 3-4 years of use...Disclaimer : This is my personal opinion as I am a tech geek and has used almost every range phone.
