I am pleasantly surprised. A lot of alcohol alternatives either taste like a Shirley Temple or like a watered-down thought of whatever they were trying to mimic. This is its own thing, but reminds me a lot of a sour beer in color, flavor, and mouth feel. It even smells a little hoppy. Very tasty, and a nice alternative on an alcohol-free night.

I opened one can took a sip and it tastes awful. Now I am stuck with these over priced drinks that taste disgusting since I can’t return.

I didn't feel any effects of the adaptogens. The taste is really good until you swallow it. The aftertaste is super weird- very bitter. The Golden Hour flavor is much better.

I like to have a glass of wine at night, even a little bit makes me feel horrible the next day, so I've been searching for non alcoholic spirits and wine with adaptogens, and other ingredients that still help me relax.I LOVE De Soi Purple Lune, so I also ordered Champignon Dreams. It's definitely more of an acquired taste than Purple Lune, but after a few sips it grew on me. It's a bit bitter, but has some sweetness... kind of herbal as well.The flavor is reminiscent of kombucha.I'll definitely be ordering it again.

Tastes great, very relaxing. Perfect for letting yourself unwind.

I have tried other De Soi products that I have loved, like the tres Rose and Italian Spritz varieties.This one I heated at first as I was expecting more of a champagne like experience, but after a couple of cans I must admit I now really enjoy it. I have it with lots of ice and it has a delicious taste. It’s almost becoming my second favorite one!

This drink has a very strong taste. It's my least favorite of the De Soi drinks.

I love De Soi. The taste is great and it's very relaxing.
