So many great ideas!!! Its worth getting the book if you're new to fermenting.

Would like more detail on times.

Great recipes for the crock made by the same company.

If you are a beginner at fermentation, I don't think this book had enough detail and information so you feel confident you are doing it correctly. I did get another book that was much better because it had photos of the process and I then understood the process.
