I am very happy with this product. The packaging it nice and the ingredients are good. I feel less hungry when I take them and I don't over eat at meal times.

I have tried different products from Amazon, and this is the BEST product for the bucks. I have been taking them for about 3 weeks and lots a couple pounds. I really help with my sweet's intake.

It actually works.Down 8 lbs. In 3 week. At my goal weight.

So I decided to try this because it had lots of positive reviews. This is my experience: it did not give me any side effect, which is good because most of the other diet pills I have taken before made me feel jittery, anxious, nauseous, and gave me some stomach or heart issues. However I have not noticed much, if any decrease in my appetite. I honestly wasn’t taking it 3 times a day, I was taking it mostly two times a day. So have decided to buy another bottle to take it three times a day and see what happens. Will post an update.

This used to be one of the best garcinia suppressants but the last 3 bottles have done absolutely nothing for my appetite. The newer reviews appear to be outside promotions which is why they don’t actually review anything. After the 3rd ineffective bottle I won’t be purchasing another from this brand.

Effectiveness could have been a lot better…

I followed the instruction and had water with each pill, but my appetite was not suppressed.
