Great Product, little instructions.
The buttons are excellent! Seem to be durable and well made. They came in a pack of 5, with one button of each color.. red, green, blue, yellow, white. I did not do anything special when i ordered. I guess you can order all of one color, however i wanted different colors. it also came with 1 extra led bulb for each color, as well as 2 extra 'electrical units' (for a lack of better word). However, the instructions were a bit lacking, so it took a bit of trial and error on my part, as i am NOT tech savy when it comes to this type of electronics. However, i was able to piece everything together and make it work. for my application, i wanted to make a 'home game show' buzzer system. i was following a different you tube video on how to do something like this. my application is actually connected to an 'arduino' board, which adds to my learning 'fun'. i included some pictures to hopefully answer some of the questions that you might have regarding this product. at least i know that i had all of these questions prior to purchase, so i figured i might as well post them. Hope this helps :)

Seem solid, good value, easy to work with.
I've only tested one button so far, but works well. If the listing is not clear, these are momentary SPST switches. The switch/led piece is easily removable from the button and then the led is then easily removable from the switch, which is nice. Also, the LED is independent from the switch, which works perfectly for my use case. Obviously, if you wanted it dependent, you could easily jumper it.Came with some extra LEDs and switches which was unexpectedThe LED has a resistor for 12V usage As others have said, even at lower voltages (3.3v/5v) with the stock resistor there is still enough current flow to light it up. However, it's easy to swap out, as its just soldered on to one lead to the LED. Swapped in a 100R one (lowest I had on hand) and it lights up great off a 3.3V GPIO pin on an ESP8266.

GREAT Value!
Use these for my arcade machines as a cheap replacement and these are TOTALLY worth it! They do exactly what is required and you should not hesitate to purchase if you're doing the same!

Decent buttons for the money!
Slightly imperfect molding, but functional and seems durable. Comes with a spare microswitch and a couple of spare white leds. Note that the microswitches I received were only SPST not SPDT like most of these common switches. My only complaint is that the plastic light diffusers under the domes in most colors is made of a very thick, almost opaque plastic, almost completely obscuring the light from leds. I just removed them so you could see the leds through the colored domes.

Love These Well-Priced Arcade Buttons
The media could not be loaded. I got these to enter a competition to build a Simon game. They worked great. They have a 460 ohm resistor inside that limits the current. They look great at 12v. Here are some troubleshooting tips for those that are having user error problems:1. If the LED doesn't turn on, try switching the polarity (duh)2. These buttons are normal open. This means the two button pins are connected when the button is pressed.3. The button pins are the top/bottom pins, the LED's pins are left and right.4. The LED assembly can be removed by gently unscrewing it. If you're having trouble getting it back in, unscrew another one and pay attention to where it lines up.I got these for $15, which I thought was a decent price given that these types of buttons are fairly uncommon. I see that they are now listed for $18, which I would be more hesitant to buy them at.Also note that these are not the indestructible buttons that were in real arcade games. These are fairly durable but would probably break quickly if subject to pounding.Loved them for my purpose!

I like these buttons.
The media could not be loaded. I made my own 'Talking dog buttons'. Most pet buttons are garbage so I made my own with these gaming buttons. So far so good. They seem very strudy.

Buttons mostly ok
The microswitches are hit and miss. Just keep pressing and they will eventually work.
