I bought these and have used in soups. They cook super quick and taste great. More of a filler but I like them!

I've always loved gnocchi. Being able to get these shelf stable gnocchi is awesome!We have become known, by our friends, for our making this gnocchi when we have friends over. Everyone loves it and asks for us to make it when they come over.This gnocchi is fresh when opened. You can keep it on the shelf for years without any problems. It tastes as good as if we had made it ourselves! And, it's super fast and easy to cook.For those who don't know how to cook this type of gnocchi, it cooks exactly the same as if you had just made it fresh. Bring your pot of salted water to a boil. Pour in all your gnocchi. The gnocchi will fall to the bottom of the pot. When the gnocchi are all floating, which takes about 3 minutes, they are ready. Strain the gnocchi, add sauce to it, and enjoy! (Yes, it really is that fast and simple to prepare!)We've been subscribed, and getting, this gnocchi for about 5 years now. It is always great.

This is the only kosher gnocchi I've ever seen, and I've ordered it twice now. How good it tastes depends on what sauce you pair it with; the first one I tried wasn't great but the second was delicious. (Both were homemade.) Regardless, the pasta itself is filling, and while the flavor is good, the texture is sort of like little lumps. Not bad, but not terrific.

These are the best gnocchi that I have found. At about $5.50 for a box of gnocchi, it's quite steep compared to what you could buy at a supermarket. But it really has a homemade quality to it. After trying a few brands on Amazon, I've been ordering this one regularly. Just compare the list of ingredients with other brands and you'll see that this one has only what it takes, nothing more.

Line a sheet pan with foil. Toss the gnocchi in olive oil, salt and pepper, and garlic powder. Bake at 400 F for about 12 minutes for fluffy gnocchi and 15-20 minutes for crispy. These gnocchi become truly fluffy versus gluey. The best I’ve tried. Adding that I ordered DeCecco to compare and yes, these are more fluffy and light than DeCecco.
