Questionable
First use, barely any black, however the sticky pad kept coming off my foot, so applied paper tape around my foot, and all black in the am. Pain relief seems to of helped, but I was sceptical that it was just to create moisture, so applied one to my stomache while I did chores, and sweated a lot, no color change, also applied water to the other, again no color change.. so. I assume it works

Effective in its own way!
I'm not entirely sure if the Foot Pads have any proven medical benefits, but they definitely work psychologically for me! I feel good using them and would happily buy the product again.
