Great addition to my yard
The media could not be loaded. I bought this so my dogs could have continual freshwater while they are outside. It has been a great addition to my backyard. It works very well is easily installed and seems to be a very high-quality. I love that when the water comes out it doesn't spray my dogs in the face. It's not loud and doesn't scare them off. The stainless steel seems super easy to clean and the size is perfect for my two large dogs. I also love that it connects directly to my hose line.

Simple but effective
Literally the same concept as a toilet tank. I bought one to provide water on demand for our chickens and couldn't be happier. It works so well and is so simple, that I bought one for our goats too. Set up toop probably 1-3 minutes and install took maybe 5. I was surprised that it came with a full replacement set of all inner workings (float, gaskets, valves)... that's a huge plus. The water level is adjustable by simply twisting a knob on the float. Ours is just connected to a hose (2 way splitter) and wyes off to the second water bowel. My only gripe is i wish it had a drain plug in the bottom for easy cleaning. Overall, these are absolutely worth the money and work incredibly well!

Well made, simple solution for watering four doggos!
The media could not be loaded. I've wanted something like this for years. Previously, it was a five gallon waterer. Heavy and cumbersome to fill. Finally broke down this summer and found this inexpensive alternative. There were no instructions but it was simple to install. I did opt to use two blue Tapcons and washers rather than the included bolts. That seemed easier and I had the necessary hardware and drill on hand.Took the dogs about two days to get familiar with it. Once it started to automatically fill and that scared a Beagle. We did use chicken broth to flavor the water to entice, and that did the trick! So far so good. Adjusting the float was simple. It doesn't have a drain as others have stated, but with a good garden hose, easy enough to clean. Come winter when I shut it down I may add one, but easy enough to empty other ways. Could even add a bottom heater perhaps and use it year round?

Works great until the hose breaks
We’ve had this bowl for almost exactly a year. It’s easy to clean and durable, and is large enough to provide water for our three big outdoor dogs. Unfortunately, the steel braided hose has somehow cracked and is now leaking. It would be delightful if you could purchase a replacement hose, or one was included like the replacement float valves. The float valves are still working, But once the hose break, the whole thing is done.

Major problems with cheap connections
It could be SO much better with just a few changes. They went dirt cheap with the connectors. The (completely inappropriate) quick disconnect was faulty. 1st off all its not needed for a permanently mounted water bowl anyway. They could save money by not having it! To make things worse they used cheapest fittings on the plant. Mine leaked at the quick connect right out of the box. I tightened the connections and it appeared to be better but after a few hours began spraying water. So I went to Lowe’s to purchase a fitting to get rid of the unnecessary quick connection. Got home and realized the cheap connections are metric! Seriously??? The product description says is 3/4 and 1/2 which is not metric! False advertising. No one sells metric plumbing fittings! Absolutely unbelievable that they would stray so far from normal just to save a nickel. After 3 trips to hardware stores I finally decided to replace the cheap steel beaded hose with a standard 1/2 inch one. Problem was that it still wouldn’t fit on the metric plastic fitting at the float. So I wrapped the plastic fitting with plumbers tape and forced a SAE hose onto the fitting, stripping it into place until the rubber washer held. It’s working for now but obviously temporary! I wish there were a way to leave worse feedback. I’ve spent more than the amount paid for the bowl just in repairs. Now for the poor design:-The bowl doesn’t have a drain hold. So you will have to scoop out the all the water just to clean the bowl.-Mounted in it’s normal position the bowl tilts downward at the front. Makes the water ride very close to the lip of the bowl which causes a mess every time the dog drinks from it. No float adjustment would correct this problem. I was able to correct it by placing wooden shims between the lower portion of the bowl and the wall.- Wall mount hardware. Another waste of money. Not applicable to most, if not all mounting situations. So plan on purchasing additional hardware. It could be so much better with just a little bit of common sense!
