Pillow ok. Quite firm. But not cooling as advertised for the product. I was expecting a cool touch. Even though the ac is on, the pillow cooling is not felt at all. Disappointed.☹️

Smells bad as soon as you open the package. The smell doesn’t go away even after leaving the pillow out in sunlight.
