I have these on subscription, as they're a good high dose and I appreciate the slim packaging style.Everybody needs folate! A must have for everyone over 35 who suffers with digestion issues

Fir those lacking in iron a goid daily supplement

Arrived quickly, think it works. Feel tired if I miss a few days

Had a skin condition on my face, namely dry flaky skin which was exceedingly bad especially on my forehead. Dermatologists had previously said this was due to stress. I had observed in the past that this condition improved after being on holiday in the US. After a bit of research and noting that on some previous tests my folate levels were low, not enough doctors to worry about apparently, I started to take this supplement and my skin cleared within a matter weeks. This then triggered the realisation of why my skin cleared when in the USA as they fortify foods with folate.

These are so good that at my last blood test my iron was actually just veering into the too high category. Nothing serious though, in fact the doctor said it was good especially for trying to conceive. My only tip is to make sure your diet is fiber rich whilst taking these. I now only take them every other day or so.

Great quality supplement. I have methylation issues so methyl versions are important for me to make sure I can actually absorb what I’m taking. I find these really excellent.
