Weight loose shakes
Slim fast has always been my go to for weight management or weight loose. The shakes are tasty and don’t leave a chalky aftertaste. Plus being high protein is definitely a win. I highly recommend they are filling and a fruit or sendible snakck in between and your good to go

Stomach ache! Very bloated.
This isn't one of my favorites. I have never had stomach upset from Slim Fast shake mixes before, but my stomach gets HUGE and I just feel awful all day! I finally realized it was from this after feeling like I had a stomach bug. I think the taste is good, but a little vitamin-ish.I'll stick with my regulars for sure!
