Love the durability and looks of these lights but after the 3rd time of use there is a really strong burning plastic smell emitting from the strands. Nothing is hot, so it seems the led electronics board might be frying up. Thoughts? Smells horrible on my porch now.

These LED String lights are AWESOME. I originally ordered 3 strings of these for a backyard wedding but they looked so good I ordered two more. I was concerned the 2-watt bulbs would not be enough light but these were perfect, not too dim or too bright. For the 30 foot span over the dance floor, I supported these with Paracord to insure they wouldn't sag. Even after a month being up, these still look good as ever. The other concern I had was total watts/amps used. With 5 strings run together I had no trouble supplying power from one house outlet, along with landscape lighting using the same outlet. Would highly recommend these.

Look great around our patio in the back. Never noticed the burnt plastic smell someone else commented on. We've had them for awhile and they seem very durable. Very happy.Update : 2022 and still going strong!!

Amazing product! Works exactly as described and provides bright and efficient lighting during the evening hours. Yet, it isn't too bright and overpowering. Weatherproof and very sturdy! Thank you for the great product!

One of the best buys. I hung them myself around my pavilion. Looks like a million dollars.
