This overpriced product did not alleviate any of my hot flashes or help me to sleep better. My hot flashes are as bad as they were before I began taking the recommended dose of this product.

I use it every night and so far it does nothing for me? Too expensive for a failed experiment .Reputable company, as the product did not work for me I was refunded my money.

This did not help me at all!!! Quite disappointed with it, gave it a fair shot time wise. I do have severe hot flashes, so maybe this would help someone with mild ones.

Working well so far. Especially with the hot flashes.
