Looked to be a dirty used tube
I ordered this as I had equipment that I needed to be operational but was disappointed when it arrived as it looked be used (dirty overall, the valve stem threads not shiny as a new one would be). I filled it with air and it did not appear to leak so I installed it. Hopefully it will not leak but I was disappointed with the quality when it arrived.. Tube did fail and I opted to just buy new tires. I can not recommend this product at this time.

The inter tube appeared to be defective. It continued to split at one of the seams and could never get it to hold air, had it patched 2 times and the service individual said no need to repair again waste of money due to tube be defective.
