UPDATE: After 13 months, 2 of these have come apart allowing the driver (speaker) fall out and break a (quite thin) wire at the solder joint. Considering they are used only occasionally on Sundays, I'm disappointed. Upon further examination, I found the case is held together with weak tabs and a few tiny drops of super glue. Fortunately, the soft cushions are easy to remove (and replace) so I soldered the wires back on and used plenty of strong glue to put the case halves back together. As a preventive, I'm going to remove the cushions of the other pairs and push some glue into the spaces where the tabs are.I was looking for inexpensive headphones with a single wire from one speaker to prevent tangles and also not with foam pads that rot out. Use headphones for church assistive listening pocket radios (church sound system broadcasts a low power signal for the hard of hearing). I was so tired of untangling the two-wire headphones after the service and the foam pads crumbling away. Soooo...anyway, these come in packs of 5, 10 ,25, and larger I think. Bought just the 5 to assess quality. Very pleasantly surprised at sound frequency response and sensitivity. Comfortable. Will see about durability of pads in a year (hint don't store near a sunny window like I did the others). If all goes well, will buy another 5. I have not received any incentive for this review.

Excellent for students
I bought it for my son's class, the price for the quantity is very good, the last course bought about 5 pairs of headphones, which only lasted a week, these are excellent, they are flexible but at the same time strong forthem and what they will use it for. The package brings 5 pairs and my child requires only 2, the rest will be donated to the class in case another student needs them.

These are just basic headphones. I don't expect them to be anything more than basic and they did exactly what I needed them to do. They fit the heads of most students, held up to the treatment of middle school students, and kept on ticking. I will probably replace those that need it with these same headphones in the fall.

Soft headphones
I bought these to use in a third grade classroom. The students love them. They say they are so much softer and more comfortable than the foam headphones. They cancel out soft noise well.

Good for middle school and up
Good size for 5th grade and up. Our 1st-4th grade students can’t adjust them tight enough—-they slide off their heads. Otherwise a good product.

These headphones only work if you hold the cord at an angle. I bought them for my kids who go through lots of headphones, but these barely even work.
