This product is not labeled gluten free in the US as it has malt extract. The amount is minuscule and the total gluten content has been tested to be below 7 ppm - which is why it is considered a gluten free product in Europe (origin) where the limit is 20 ppm, malt extract or not. The erythritol is primarily sourced from non-gmo corn grown in Switzerland.
