This is the shower that i have been dreaming of. It is perfect, the right size, easy to install and has perfect pressure.The hand held portion is perfect for reaching hard to reach places.Even my husband loves it. Don't be afraid of the low price.

Great value, runs both or just one at once with an adjuster bar. Everything is very adjustable, I'm 5 ft tall and my boyfriend is 6ft 1, so it's nice to be able to quickly and easily raise or lower the rainfall head. The handheld is great with different modes. If you run just one or the other, the pressure is better, but the pressure is great with both running. The shower has a great flow with this setup.A couple of notes, the lever to adjust which shower head is running is near the top of the head. For me, it's a bit of a reach, I have to get on my tiptoes. But for a slightly taller person, this is no problem.The rainfall head is heavy compared to the rest of the hardware. When we were installing, it would fall to either side because it has a full 180 swivel and was too heavy to stay up, we hadn't tightened down the correct twisting lever it turned out. We had to play around with it for two days before we got it to sit right. Now it's worked great through many showers, we can adjust the height and it doesn't fall around. Just something to consider when setting up. That said, it speaks to the quality feel of the product that there's a bit of weight.The components were all well polished and felt like quality materials. Everything fit together great. We had a small bit of leaking at the base where it's attached to the main water at first, but some teflon tape and tightening it up more fixed that issue.The instructions seemed translated. It was unclear if we should add extra washers as there were already washers in most of the components. We opted not to add the extra washers. Setup was definitely challenging, but worth it once we set it up! No regrets with this purchase and would recommend this product.

Picked this up because I wanted the "rain" shower head, but still wanted the detachable hose to wash the dog with.Not disappointed at all.Great water pressure, easy to clean, and easy to install. Just dont forget to use Teflon tape on your threads when installing.Only thing I've had an issue with is one of the locks to tighten down the main arm comes loose every once in awhile and the shower head droops a little. Not a big deal, easy to fix.Would buy again, but probably wont have to.

As the title said, I bought it three times. One for my mom, one for a neighbor, and one for my foster mom. It really is a satisfying shower to be in the adjustable hose is a plus. You can choose that either use the showerhead, the hose, or both the adhesive sticks very well as long as the spot you put it on is dryI definitely recommend following the instructions as it says. I know two washers seems like it won’t make it fit well, but it actually fits and prevents leakage. Definitely recommend the instruction booklet that it comes with. Make sure you have some type of wrench to make sure it is tight enough as well. I will probably be buying a fourth one here very shortly for another friend of mine. If you want an upgraded shower, this is it right here!!!!!!!

Works very well. Replaced my name brand shower head and honestly like this one more. You do meed a different oring to install or it does drip, but so far so good.

The media could not be loaded. I see a lot of people complaining about leaks, first of all, make sure you have only one rubber gasket in every connection, do not stack 2 gaskets or it will leak. 2nd, use a good quality Teflon tape sealer, (Do not use the one provided with the product, it's too weak and cheap made) Blue Monster PTFE tape is one of the best ones out there, it's thicker and even oil resistant, It's blue in color, and third, do not overtighten, I just installed mine yesterday, so far so good, I'll update if something breaks or if it starts leaking, looks and feels well made, we'll see. Easy to install. Rainfall shower head is great and has many adjustment options. I dropped a couple of stars because the adhesive for the handheld shower head holder is just. I installed it on clean, smooth tile. I pressed for 60 seconds. I let it sit for at least 24 hours before running water. The holder already came off of the adhesive after 48 hours of being installed. The adhesive is still stuck to the tile, but no longer holding the plastic holder. Disappointed. Now I have to go look for an alternate way to install the bracket for the handheld.

I ordered this item for the master bathroom. We loved it. I do wish the hose was longer as well for when it comes to washing my dog. Anyways no issues other than the length of hose at this point. We order a 2nd one for the guest bathroom. It leaks at the fitting where you can swap between the rainfall and the wand. They are already shipping me a replacement before I return the original. I will update this once the replacement comes in and let yall know how it is.Pros:Great pressure from wand.Decent pressure from rainfall however its exactly the pressure I expected and wanted for a rainfall shower.Love the mirror shower head.Looks awesomeWorks great.Great customer service/support.Great price for the product.Cons:The leak on one fitting on the one that is being replaced for me.Hose length.Could be a slightly longer bar to make it reach higher up for us taller people.Overall I give it a 3 out of 5. It would be a 4 out of 5 if it didnt have the leak issue. I have read other reports about leaks as well but mostly assume user error on the plumbers tape for alot of them. If the hose was longer I would have also gave a 4 out out of 5. The great customer service is why I will keep recommending this product to others as well.
