Faulty power supply and loud (clicky?) remote held it back from 5 stars.
Edit: This review is for a completely different setup than what they're selling under this listing. Only my information about the power supply may still be valid.First off, I didn't buy this with any concern as to what software was preloaded. I knew it'd have Kodi, but I prefer Kodi in a vanilla state and do _not_ care about all those scripts out there. It was easy enough to scrub the version of Kodi on it and install the latest version. As for the menu system, I'm not loving it, but it's not enough of a fight to get to what I need so I'll stick with it until I have a lot of time on my hands to research changing it. Any strong opinions I have are rooted in the performance of the hardware and Android 7 at its core, and from that perspective I'm totally satisfied. Now to the flip side. I can't say I love the remotes. As for the media keyboard, other versions of this keypad often have a lithium rechargeable battery that even the included instruction manual references. This one did not so you'll need a few AAA batteries. My complaint with the infrared remote is simple; every button is loud to the point it could wake someone up. So somehow I need to track down what Lithium battery the keyboard uses and the remote will be a daytime feature. All still works so I'm not deterred by themThe power supply fiasco. This may help someone else experiencing odd behavior with their unit. The first symptom I had that the power supply was failing was that when I tried to turn it off with the remote, it would power back on (as if it were falsely sensing that the power was being re-attached which it might do if it were under-volted). There were some general stability issues as well but I just chalked that up to Android. So after leaving it unplugged a few days I plugged it back in and all it would to is this high pitched squeal. I knew the squeal wasn't from any actual internal buzzer or speaker, rather I knew it was from power regulation circuitry. My initial thought was it had totally failed though. Since this was a two days after my return period I decided to think about it... and then it came to me. I took my multimeter (everyone has one of those, right?) and tested the supply, and it was testing at 4 volts. All android devices run on 5 volts or charge on 5 volts like a phone ... like the voltage a USB port puts out. So what if I had a USB-to-Barrel cable (5.5 millimeter, to be exact). I didn't, so I found one 'elsewhere' real cheap. Once it arrive, I used a high-amp capable (think 2 amp +) usb phone charger and tried to power the unit that way. Worked. This cable was cheaper than return shipping anyway... and why would I want another power supply from the vendor since I'd always question its longevity. So, core unit? Great. Everything else....meh.

Fast and Responsive!
I've previously owned four android boxes and this is by FAR the best one yet. Included programs run nicely, no hesitation at all. The included remote, while basic, is fast and usable for most tasks. I also have a wireless keyboard which comes in handy for adding other programs. Kodi 18 runs smooth as can be on this. 8.1 4g ram 32g rom for the price IMO there is nothing out there to compare this too!

Save your money
This thing is a piece of crap, I wouldn't even give it away, comes with Kodi installed however the only way to launch it is the google play store. Doesn't show shortcut in apps section or on the home screen. Runs clunky too

Where is the Kodi program ?
the box works beautifully I love it the only issue I have is that when you load 17.6 on Kodi 18 it took me awhile to locate that program it's not easily accessible that's the only issues I have with this particular box other than that it's a great piece of equipment maybe your future boxes should have put Kodi on the start page thank you.

1st Android Box Purchase
Works well so far. Instructions are lacking. Using a wireless mouse with it works better than the remote.

Good Specs, poor power supply unit
Average quality power supply or adaptor, will fail first most likely, I have made a video on my YouTube channel, search for rTech. I have left a video on how to replace the adaptor.

Works well, very intuitive.
Had it a good while now and find it very reliable, and working well. A bluetooth keyboard/mouse is a good accessory.
