I've been really happy with this one. I purchased with the intentions of using as maternity/postpartum support and so far has held up quite well. I have washed and dried it multiple times and it always seems to shrink back to original size which I love. It gives decent support for hips and back without being too restraining. It does have four "steel bones". I say that lightly as I'm not sure what they are made out of, but aren't uncomfortable at all. Two in seams in front and two in back. It takes a few days/weeks to get used to the constant wear, but after a while isn't noticeable. It's comfortable to wear day and night. Is almost unnoticeable under clothing and is still able to stretch out. Which is great for an expanding pregnant tummy. I wished I'd have had something like this for my last csection as it sits well around the bikini area and I feel like it would rub less than that awful wrap they give you at the hospital.

I am 5’5”, I weight 150 lbs, the large is a great fit for me. I’m apple-shaped, kind of straight up and down. My bust, waist, and hips, all measure between ~ 37”- 41”. I need (medical) abdominal compression support that is evenly distributed. The height of it comes up to my bra’s under-band, & down to the top of regular bikini underwear. I have a long torso for my height, & this would still serve well, even if it didn’t go down quite as far. It seems to be good quality. I’ve had it on for several hours, and it’s just right. No slippage. Nothing is pokey, or tugging at skin. (I have very sensitive skin). I have now bought a couple of items from this brand, & I am happy with all I have tried, $ is very reasonable. Planning to repurchase, in the other color. Edit - The large is a good tight fit for me. I’ve now purchased an extra large, which still works, but is more gentle. depends on how I’m feeling, that day.

EXTREME stretch resistance. I'm about 5'1" 135lbs of mostly muscle, 30DDD with a small but "curvy" bone structure. Wider shoulders & hips with a generous booty, small ribs, & a smaller waist. When i tell you this thing was a challenge to get on that's a HUGE understatement! If you have either narrow shoulders or hips, this might work just fine for you, but since I have neither of these, this took me 20+ minutes to get on, even though I wear shapewear often. Couldn't get it past the booty, so tried the other end and got all kinds of tangled up! Stuck with one arm in and one out, traps cramping up to pull my other arm through, CRUSHED my tiddies getting it past them, then finally had it where it was supposed to be and it made me look so boxy 🥲 like perfectly straight lines in a cylinder from under bust to mid-hip, squishing my booty awkwardly out of the bottom. I wanted to cut it off but was afraid to use scissors in such a precarious situation, so I struggled out of it for I don't even know how long. My brain just blanked and I remember collapsing into my bed to rest after it was off. Then I was sore the next two days from all the struggle of putting this on & taking it off 😂

I am 145 lbs and fit into the medium/large. It is hard to get into but comfortable once in. It smoothed out my tummy trouble areas. However, the metal that is stitched into the support ripped out and is showing after only a few wears. This may be due to the fact you have to put it on over your head. Even with the metal supports out of the stitching I can wear it somewhat comfortabley. I may order another one and try to be more careful getting into it. I would not want to size up as I fear it would lose some of the slimming ability in a larger size

I got this in Black. I am 5'2 with a 25.5 inch waist (which may not seem like much, but I have a bit of a muffin top which I want to correct with a waist shaper). I weigh around 97 lbs. The size XS/S fit me quite well. Initially I though it should be a little tighter, but after I had a big meal and tea, I thought it did quite a good job keeping everything tightly tucked in. I am getting this in beige as well so that it does not show under light colored clothing. For my height, this fits my torso quite well. For the price, I think this is the best $10-$11 I have ever spent. My stomach is kept taut and tight under form fitting dresses and shirts. And my posture is kept upright. A star off because I was hoping it would be a little more tight, and because the wiring digs into my chest a bit.

By far, the BEST Amazon purchase I've made in a long time! Anytime you're shopping for Shapewear (especially online) it's easy to get a bit hesitant. Will it fight comfortably? Will I end up getting that DREADED muffin-top? Will it show through my clothes? Will it slide down all day? You get the point. This Waist Trainer is AMAZING! You get FULL tummy control/coverage WITHOUT having to wear a full-on body suit. The breathable fabric makes it super comfortable to wear all day! I put mine on before work at 6:30 every morning and usually take it off following dinner, which is around 7 P.M. That's a whole 12 hours! But the best part isn't that! This garment leaves you so cinched in at the waist that it makes it impossible to overeat. To be honest, I hardly ever feel hungry while wearing it. The only thing I regret about this product, is not having purchased it sooner!

I really wanted to like this. I was looking for something that would serve to just keep things tucked in under my cosplays without having to use my underbust corset which can add a bit of bulk to more streamlined silhouettes. Unfortunately, elastic and the mere 4 spiral steel bones does absolutely nothing for me that I can't take care of just by sucking in my tummy. When I relaxed, it literally looked no different even though I got the correct size. Think I just need to break down and remake my existing corset or make something similar with a non-stretch fabric and a busk. I see that it works for other people who are dealing more with an issue of loose skin rather than fluff, but I've been spoiled by the solidity of properly made corsets. Everything else just feels like a disappointment unfortunately. :/
