i rate as one start because their is no effect on my health issue unlike to the other product I've brought 30munites after i drink i feel sleepy and i feel relax but this no reaction at all. this rate is only for my own experience.

Have been taking these for a couple of years to help eliminate leg cramps during the night and they have helped a lot. Recommend them if your doctor suggests magnesium.

This product has help with muscle aches . Best magnesium product I have used . Includes 3 different magnesium which is great bc you only need one product .
