How much additional height does the tent add to the generator?

When I installed it on the generator, it only added about 12 to 15 inches. The top of the tent came to about my waist after it was installed. Im 5’11” tall.

I have Briggs 8000-10000 will this tent fit?

This generator tent is designed for the Champion series generators with brackets and properly sized and fabricated canvas for them. However, the GenTent company has many others to choose from, one of which likely fits.
