I want the company to answer: Are the blue bowls lead free or are only the white ones lead free? Thanks

I purchased those in 2020, loved them (beautiful and sturdy), but until recently I find out very slight weird chemical kind of smell of these bowls after machine wash which none of other my dishwares has. So I came back to search reviews and I found out one customer point out the concern about lead content. This made me realize it may be the reason of the bad smell. However, at the same time I saw the company confirmed that there is no lead... I don't know, I probably won't continue use these bowls just in case. I hope there is really no poisonous stuff in the materials.

As I've said earlier in the Q&A here, I did a little research and determined that the solid colored cereamic-ware from this company is stated to be lead-free. Lead is incorporated when adding color, as in this design. I suspect these are not lead-free. I bought them. I love them. I'm a child of the 60's and still here.

I have these and I love them. But you bring up a good question. Another of this company's bowls state lead- and cadmium-free. Since they are not regulated by FDA standards, being from out-of-country, I probably would buy plain colored ones in the future, since it is the glaze that brings the lead into play. Some research I've done since says you can't go wrong with white.
