My Orthopedic Surgeon suggested these a year after a complete foot rebuild and torn tendon repair.Needless today , feet are the slowest to heal and this sock helps to keep swelling down on days when I'm on my feet for a long time( i.e.. golf, shopping, entertaining etc. ). They really work beautifully and have made pain and swelling a non issue on those days!! They come in all sorts of colors. My Podiatrist put one on these on my foot at his office. I have plantar fasciitis. I had already tried four others that offered no real support. This foot sleeve is more expensive, but it helps me. There is one in a package. It is comfortable enough to wear all day and night. Does not cut off circulation or leave red marks on my foot.

My doctor had given me one in his office and I wanted to buy a second one. Since it is elastic, I tend to hand wash it. I have had it for several months and it has had several wears. It has held up with daily use and regular washings. It gives just the right amount of compression to help me with my plantar fasciitis as this has been an ongoing problem for me for years now.

This device is far more comfortable to wear than the plantar fasciitis bandage that I have used previously. I can wear almost all day long. My one issue is that I am a bit between sizes for this item. The medium is a bit long for my size 8 shoes foot, but the small is too small.

Good, tight fit. A little tough to put on but once its on, it does the job well.
