Would these work for a softech board?

This are for all kinds of softboards

I expected these to come with the screws what size are they?

They come with the plastic mounting screws, but I had to cut them about a quarter inch to make sure it was flush with the surface of the board. Also I had to re-drill the holes in the tail as the new bases did not match the holes (I used a 5/8 inch drill on my wavestorm) It was real easy and I’m not that good with tools. Also refill the holes in the board with silicone or caulking.
