Good for chakra-based energy work.
The primary focus of this album is a chant for the seven chakras. It is offered as one track, and again as seven separate tracks.But it's a good chant, and makes for great backdrop to chakra meditation and/or energy work that focusses on the chakras. Two additional tracks are pleasant to listen to as well.
