This is my second pair of lifting hooks straps. The first pair from a different company didn't last very long. The hook strap worn thru. Also there was no gripping on the hooks and I dropped a dumb bell on my foot - it slipped out of the hooks. These new ones grip extremely well and the strapping is heavy duty. I should get lots of use out of this pair. I recommend them.

very sturdy. more than strong enough to hold my weight. have been using this to stretch my spine by hanging on a chin bar the wrist strap is wide for excellent support.

4-6 minutes a day bar hanging for past 3 months. Could never do that without hooks without straining wrists badly. Convinced is really helping both my severely injured shoulders heal along with very light DB lifts front, side, rear, palms toward floor. Tried other stuff for 2-3 years with no real change.It's slow thoMain point here-No visible signs of wear yet at weight 175 lb so would call them well made.

These are a game changer for heavy wrkouts such as shoulder shrugs and dead lifts. Exercises that your hands start to lose grip and you could otherwise get more reps or even heavier weight. These let you concentrate on the muscle and not strain to hold the heavy weight. Great purchase. And very simple to put on. Not like the time consuming irritating straps. And these work better then straps for certain applications. .

The goal of this wrist support is to relieve the hands when lifting a barbell or dumbbells, and it works. The Velcro is strong and adjustable for all wrist sizes from what I can tell. They work well for dead lifts and rows. The only thing I don't like is that the arch on the steel hook is not a complete U shape to hold the bar. It is more like a J shape , so I feel more comfortable flexing the wrist the keep the bar stable, vs totally letting it relax. The bar I use is rubber coated so it's fairly thick. Still a solid product.

Solidly made. Worth trying if you’re in the need of wrist supports. These didn’t work well for me and I did return them. But:Excellent customer service. Even though I missed the return window I was still given a full refund.

They are comfortable on my wrists, they do well gripping the pull-up bar on the assisted machine that has a rubber coating on the bar. I find the hooks grab on well to that rubber material rather than a smooth metal bar alone. However I will say it did not help with being able to do MORE pull ups. I still do the same amount, my form is a little better because my grip is not being compromised… but yea, they aren’t a magic tool that make you stronger unfortunately haha. But the product is good and it did what it was supposed to do. Form improved, grip lasted longer, but no increase in number of reps. Maybe in a few weeks I’ll see some gains.

Let me tell you these straps are amazing!! I have had them for a year now and they are very durable. I will say I probably use them more than the average user because I have a lot of joint pain in my hands.When the straps started to frew I contacted customer support and even though my warranty expired they said since I loved their product so much they offered me a free replacement. You can't beat that! A well made, durable product, and a company that cares about customer satisfaction.Don't waist your time with trying other straps. Get these! Support company that cares about quality and stands by their product and their customers.
