Arrived with the saucer broke in pieces!!!!

I loved this but had to return it as the saucer ...
I loved this but had to return it as the saucer was broken. It was painted very nicely just the packaging was lacking protection for the bottom part of the box... bubble wrap around the saucer probably would have kept it from breaking.
