I purchased this for my aunt, who lives alone and frequently needs to make single-portion salads for herself. She uses it almost every day and says it has made lunches a breeze. Her one issue is that the cutting board is too smooth; small vegetables have a tendency to slide rather than cut. Putting a rougher texture on the surface to help grip the vegetables would make it easier to use, particularly for elderly individuals with arthritis.
