BioPure Brazilian Green Propolis Pure Propolis Extract – Natural Freeze-Dried Extract with Atrepillin-C ad Phenols to Support Respiratory, Gastrointestinal, and Immune Function – 60 Capsules

While I could barely get down the tincture, for whatever reason these capsules were not as effective. I've completed the bottle and may revisit sometime but will look to see if I can find another brand. I like Biopure in terms of trusting purity of their products and great customer service, however, I went through 1/2 bottle of their old tincture with great improvement and once out used these and started taking steps backwards, no other variables. We're all different so it's worth a try.
