I had a couple other bidet attachments I have tried and fell in love with the concept, but after 2-3 years they start to fail so this time I figured I would try the Cadillac of toilet brands and they do not disappoint.Yes, they are pricier than other models, but I know understand why. The quality and features surpass their peers.Installation was very easy and straightforward, except the screws that came with it were a tad wide so I had to run to the local hardware store to get thinner ones.The rest of the install went fast and smooth, and we absolutely love this seat. I like that the controls are right on the seat so you don’t have to fiddle with a remote, and it does a great job with warming the seat and water. Also greatly appreciate the pressure and adjustability on the water stream. Only problem is that now this is our favorite and now we want to change out the bidet on other toilets, even though those are still working.

Do yourself a favor and buy a Toto bidet. The build quality and functionality is far superior than any other bidet I have experienced. It's also much quieter. The spray is perfect, precise, and pleasant. The seat warmer heats uniformly and super comfortable. All settings are adjustable. When enabled, the energy saving feature works surprisingly well.

Japan, bar none, has the best toilets in the world and I saw Toto bidet toilets everywhere during a month in Japan.After I returned to the U.S. I felt rather uncivilized. I do not have a separate wet room just for bathing where there's a drain in the floor and I can wash down and scrub everything, including the walls, with the shower hose. And the toilet wasn't a separate room where I had designated slippers only to be used there.This was a lot cheaper than remodeling my bathroom. It was easy to install, affordable and works almost as well as the ones I used in Japan although this is just the lid rather than the entire set up.You can set the water pressure, temp and adjust the angle of the spray. And because it's Toto, a Japanese company that has been making electronic Washlets since 1980.The Washlet is well designed to be easy to clean and to be sanitary. Had to have one after my trips to Japan and Taiwan where all the hotels had these. Love the warm seat and bidet features. I used to use wet wipes as needed, but now I just use TP to dry and feel much cleaner. What's keeping me from giving it 5 stars are a few things. The seat surface is a bit narrower than expected and I'm a petite person. Wider warm seat space would be nicer. Like another comment, the wand does seem to extend a little short, but I can adjust my bum angle so it's ok. I have an elongated toilet to begin with so this seat does "reduce" it to a regular sized seating, but again, because I'm petite it doesn't bother me. Installation was about 45 minutes and not difficult. The rubber attachments felt like it would make the seat unstable as there's some "give", but once installed it's fine. However, the seat sensor mechanism does make initially sitting on it feel wobbly, but it's not a full blown Toto toilet with all the bells and whistles so I suppose I'm more forgiving. In general, it does exactly what I need it to do for a price I felt was reasonable enough. Very happy with it so far.

Does the job. Cleans the tush. Yes, you can probably get other brands that offer a lot of bells and whistles for the same price, but here you're paying for a brand that lives and breathes washlets. I've bought a different brand before and the feel of the stream itself just feels different.

This is fabulous! They didn’t miss anything on constructing this one. It had all the features I was looking for was easy to install and is easy to clean and I highly recommend it!

Very relaxing!! Works well and made well

These are amazing. Everyone should have one I have three and the only complaint that I have is there is no drying feature on this one. Other than that, it is perfect easy to install.
