I bought this carpet cleaner before the December holidays which gave me an extended period to return it - and I was very thankful for that or I would have returned it. While I felt it did a great job cleaning any stain (and the products in comes with are by far the best I've used - and it smells good!), I was not pleased with the amount of liquid that was then sucked out of the carpet. Don't be fooled by any photos - if you get 1/4th of the intake/dirty water container full, you've worked at it!BUT, in the end, the only other option would have been a wet/dry vac and one of the reasons I purchased this is because I live in a small space. With the additional time I had to use it, the more I realised it did an amazing job cleaning the carpet (including dirty/greasy boot prints from Tesco deliveries!) and whilst the sucking power isn't great, in the end, this is a cordless, portable device and that's exactly what I needed. I don't have to scramble trying to find a place to plug it in and in the end, the job it does is well worth the cost. The Bissell cleaning products - including the Oxy clean, are amazing so if you're in a situation like me, give this a chance - I ended up keeping this product and I'm very glad I did.

I own the BISSELL ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner, but recently brought a puppy into the house. The large cleaner is fantastic, but it way too much for small "accidents" by the new addition to our family.The suction is brilliant and like the larger cleaner, it can be pulled apart to clean every part of it (helps avoid nasty smell build up. There is 1 issue with this though, the clean water / cleaning liquids compartment is much much smaller than the waste liquid container.Still though, this is so convienant for small accidents. It's not just the dog either, when my brother is over he has the habit of spilling liquids over my carpet.The battery hasn't run out yet and I've been cleaning with it for about 10 minutes for a single clean.

Really good item, the suction power could be a little better but it works for what we use it for. Our senior cat can get a little poorly and it does the trick to clear up quickly when shes poorly. It is easy to use once youve got the hang of taking the parts out and popping back in, easy to clean. I wouldnt say it was particularly lightweight, as in my elderly mother struggles to use it, however I find it fairly easy. Generally I would definately recommend this product, and the spot and stain cleaner that comes with the device.

We have the big Bissel cleaner and it’s “ok” but somebody said the handheld one was brilliant, so we bought it for the spot stains.Totally useless. Doesn’t even suck any water into the tank the suction is so poor!! At £139 this should do what it’s supposed to but no way. Even with most of my body weight pushing down at one point I couldn’t even get a dribble to come out of the carpet!!Don’t bother.Returned.One thing though Amazon was great at the return process and refunded in full as soon as dropped off to post office. Well done Amazon, not so much Bissell!

I got this to spot clean my carpet which had some pretty heavy stains and an area where my shoes seem to have been leaving marks. The suction is not ever so powerful and it does take a few passes over a heavy and old stain. Use an oxygen based cleaner.It was a relatively cheap option and stores neatly in my hall cupboard on a shelf. It tackled the stains well enough.

Used this now a few times for spot cleaning a small area and. It does the job well but don't expect it to clean a large area. Saves lugging the big carpet cleaner out of the garage for a small spill / accident. My only beef - as with many appliances these days - the instructions are all in diagrams and pictures and tricky to follow. Sorted it in the end with a lot of swearing!

Excellent bit of kit. Sucks up well and keeps carpets clean from muddy paws and accidents. Very easy to use

Initially, the machine performed very well. However, after 12 months of moderate use, the spray jet packed up. I followed the Bissel video troubleshooter video. This made no difference. Discovered other Amazon purchasers had encountered the same issue. Users on YT have very low satisfaction rates with this device. I won't be buying another to replace it. As the machine is now useless .... it's an expensive item at £140 to send to our local recycling centre!

It has been a great product but the battery has died after 4 years and refuses to hold any charge. I took it apart and replaced the batteries with 2 new 18650's from amazon and it's working again.. Hopefully I get another 4 years out of this as it's now $100 more ( $240 CAD ) and I purchased this for $145.

Ok so I have to say the first unit that was delivered was defective. The dirty water leaked everywhere. I was able to troubleshoot with BISSELL and they suggested I tried it again. I did and it still leaked. I was texting their support and sent pictures. They sent a replacement immediately. It was here in two days.I received it yesterday and tried it today after charging and it worked perfectly. Just as it’s supposed to. No leaking anywhere. The suction is great and made easy work of a pet accident. Make sure everything is threaded and clicked into place and you’ll have a great little unit to help when you don’t want to drag out the huge shampooer. The included solution is great on stains too. I did an area of the hallway and didn’t lose a single bar on the battery.It seems like those that are having leaking issues have a defective unit. If you get a defective product reach out to BISSELL directly, they stand behind their products and there’s a reason so many people purchase them. I’m loyal to the brand and that’s one of the many reasons. They’re very responsive via text and handled my issue right away.

Limpió la tela clara muy bien, incluso quito slime verde pegado y seco; claro con varias pasadas y un cepillo. Todas las manchas eran viejas y ya estaban secas de meses. Dejó los muebles del comedor limpios; sin embargo, como digo, no hace milagros. Para las peores manchas deja una sombra (Por ejemplo, rojo de agua de Jamaica), o mugre muy, pero muy difícil.Algunos puntos en contra: el depósito de agua limpia/detergente no dura nada. Escasamente para una silla, por lo qué hay que estar rellenando frecuentemente. La succión no es muy potente.Por otro lado, al ser portátil tiene muchos usos, incluso para limpiar la tela del auto uno mismo.Por último, tomar en cuenta que al ser una unidad portátil, pesa. Se puede manejar sin problema pero en uso prolongado y seguido se termina cansando la mano.Al final, 5 estrellas, hace excelente su trabajo, pero no esperen milagros.

Acheté sur Amazon UK bien moins cher que la même version en France et pourtant identique. Prévoir un adaptateur pour prise UK. Version portable et très efficace
