Map sensor is just like the original equipment
With 230k miles, I changed out the map sensor and could tell right away it has improved the performance. I should have changed 100k miles ago. Easdy to install and it may have taken 10 minutes.

Answer to my problems
Many MAP sensors for the same slot, but some have different flow values to read or voltages. I had a p0106 that wouldn't quit. Swapped it out for an acdelco one that I was told by Amazon that was the right one. It wasn't, and this one absolutely was. No more engine light, my car remote starts because it's getting the correct feedback from the sensor, and my car runs much better now
