This is a beautiful crystal glass rhinestone dog pet or cat safety collar made and designed by Sugarlicious Pets. The crystals are top quality and are imported from the Czech Republic. They are set in .925 Sterling Silver Plated settings. The collar itself is 1/2" wide (Large, XL 3/4" wide) and made of pink sparkle pleather with a rose pink velvet ribbon attached. The buckle has diamond clear crystals embedded in it. **I developed an exclusive process, ProngTite, I developed in January 2016, to hold the rhinestones in their prongs. The entire collar is made in the USA. Sizing is as follows: **I make each collar according to neck circumference. The collar will fit nicely, 1/2" after the measurement you give me. **Please do not put any fingers between the tape measure and your baby's neck when you measure because that will cause the collar I send you to be too large.
