JustNile Rustic Wooden 10" Non Ticking Wall Clock - Tortoise and Hare Around The Track

Although this was a very inexpensive clock that was a throw-in when purchasing A.Cerco Classy 16" Iron/ Aluminum Silent Quartz Wall Clock- Silver Stripers With Silver Numerals, I did keep this one because of its smooth and quiet operation. The face is wood-tone PAPER applied to the backing surface and the hands were loose when it arrived, but I took off the glass cover and adjusted the mounting screw and it works fine now. I returned the higher priced clock (more than 3X more expensive but definitely NOT worth it) I really wanted and from which I expected better quality but it was cheaply made and damaged upon arrival so that one was returned.

Not paying attention to the size of the clock, it was much bigger than I expected. I can see it from far away. It is very quiet, which I like. I wish I paid more attention because this doesn't have a seconds hand. I like to use the seconds hand when I'm baking. Oh well. It is a very pretty clock so I'll keep it for now.

Was so impressed with the styling that I purchase two of these in slightly different colors. One in the living room and one in a bedroom/den. Both are silent with no noise. This was a must - since I seem to be sensitive to that small but annoying noise. They have kept accurate time now going on about two months. I had also purchased a different brand at more than twice the price (1) I thought it would be good quality, (2) I liked the style and look of it. Well bottom line was I returned that clock after one day - of not keeping time. These are reasonably priced, look good, and keep time!!

Mixed bag! The clock is attractive, but you can hear it clicking if the room is quiet and the wings of the butterfly obscure the hour hand so much at certain "hours" (like around 2. 5, 7 and 10) that it's difficult to tell what time it is. Of course, you often know approximately what "hour" it is anyway, but a clock should be more legible than this one. We're keeping it because it fits perfectly on the wall we want it to be and it is attractive. I usually wear a watch anyway! :)

My husband hates the ticking sound but I like to see a real clock. This one was pretty neat. But the packaging was a little bit flimsy. It has a cute design and serves its purpose. I thought it would be made in better material considering the price - but oh well - it seems a bit overpriced for the amount of material used to make this clock.

I bought this for my son. I wish the numbers were bigger. It’s hard to read. The quality of this clock is not that great. It doesn’t feel like “wooden” wall clock. The material is more like hard cardboard. Since it’s cheap enough and my son likes it, I will keep it.

I just received this clock. I have put two AA batteries in it and it doesn't work. I contacted Customer Service, which says they will contact me in 24 hrs, maybe sooner. We'll see.

Second of these clocks I have bought. Appearance is clean and satisfactory, but the completely silent run is exceptional if you have any places without any other ambient noise. Perfect for an office or near a sleeping area. I definitely don't miss the incessant drip-drip sound of water torture.

Good clock (thus far), dead silent. Subtracted a single star for the funky off-pink plastic surround.
